The shock mounts provide sufficient shock displacement capabilities to reduce the initial input shock acceleration of 207G to a transmitted acceleration of 19G, which results in a maximum force above the mount of ~36579N per mount.
Stabilizer Optimization Analysis

stabilizers will give the cabinet a natural frequency of approximately 10.2Hz.
To prevent tilting or swing of the cabinet during normal operation it is recommend to use a stabilizer such on top of the cabinet.
